Our Story
A small family farm on the southwest
coast of Ireland & an Irish farm family with a very big dream.
Taking the considered view that Irish whiskey
could be improved, by harnessing natural elements
in a unique and more sustainable way.
So they set about doing just that...
OUR COLLECTION
From the edge of the coastal town of Clonakilty, where
dramatic coastlines meet the stormy sea, we bring you
our collection of premium Irish Whiskey, Minke Irish
Gin, and Minke Irish Vodka.

There’s a certain character to spirits made by the Atlantic. 🌊🥃
The sea spray rising off the cliffs, the ever-changing skies, a coastline that never stays still: all part of the atmosphere surrounding Clonakilty Distillery. A place where the elements become part of the story, and time does the rest.
The spirit of the Atlantic, in every sense.

Where the landscape meets the bottle. 🌊
At Clonakilty Distillery, the coast is part of the story. The Atlantic, the elements and the passage of time all leave their mark - just as they do on the character of our whiskey.
Made by the coast. Shaped by time.
